TUDCA (Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid) is a water-soluble bile acid that is naturally produced in small amounts in the body and has a long history of usage in Traditional Chinese medicine. TUDCA is often used as a supplement to support a healthy flow of bile from the liver to the intestines as well as to support overall liver health and eye health.
